Let me help you learn how to cope by reducing stress. Health concerns such as high blood pressure, panic attacks, depression, social anxiety, often stem from unaddressed mental health issues. Self-care is important! It is time to take care of you and not feel guilty about it. In society our youth struggle when faced with many stressors that lead to increased anxiety, poor grades and in some cases depression and suicidal thoughts. Suicide rates have risen especially among our youth. I specialize in working with young children, teens, and adolescents who have experienced trauma and/or depression. I have been assisting children, families, adults and adolescents for over 10+years through foster care, therapy, residential and school settings. Being an informed trauma professional, along with using other modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT and reality therapy we will be able to help you accomplish whatever it is you need.
